CPA Companies that allow FAKE content?

I am not aware of any CPA networks that allow that type of content. Of course, you may be lucky and fly under the radar but it's still risky. Your best bet would be to use CLP and blank/fake the referrer accordingly.

is there any? i doubt about it. cause that's the only thing the CPA companies care about.

I need to know if there's any cpa companies that allow fake content and that have content lockers that I can use.
Adscend m3dia just took down my content locker that made me $49.50 yesterday

Can't you just pasword protect the file (your fake content), then lock the password with your content locker? so you are "actually" only provide password?
I read discussions here that some dude can getaway with p0rn file using that method.
Haven't try that myself, cz i myself definitely will got pissed if going through surveys and then only got fake content. Give value to your visitor and your cpa network, you'll got long term benefit
