CPA - CC Submit

Because CPA - CC Submit is never really just your CC submit. Instead its one page putting your name, email, address etc and second window your CC sumbit. Would it be fair assumption these are used to steal your CC and information so to use that CC or sell it on darknet?. I mean, the person gives everything they need to them on a silver freakin platter....

Normally, CC offers end up charging for something. Either a serivce or product.

I have never seen an offer that makes a user enter their CC number for no reason.
