So if if have multiple good quality residential proxies and I am using a multi login browser to create different profiles and I am completing some cpa offers myself can I be detected by CPAgrip ?

probably no, but its not worth it, these offers are often not easy and are not "just email address" usually, you are better off investing that energy and time in really promoting whatever you have to promote
 
For the past decade, there’s a thread like this every week and the answer remains the same, you will get your account(s) banned and you certainly won’t get paid.
 
There are some people in my country still cheating network, but not with CPAGrip i guess
 
The leads will get reversed and maybe your account will get banned.

Do you think the advertiser will keep paying you thousands of dollars on leads that have literally 0% conversion?

Just like clicking on your own ads in Adsense, Google will realize that NONE of your 'visitors' convert any offers and that will be highly suspicious to say the least.
 
The point is that they detect you on many parameters. Try to get some conversions by yourself and you'll see what am I talking about
 
Don't do that! Every network can easily detect you. Better to find some legit way of earning money.
