I see only 33 available offers in CPA Beyond. Does it matter that I am located in Europe? If so then is there a way I could see the US offers because the ones that are available there do not seem to be that attractive..

There are 33 pages, not 33 offers. Currently they have 964 offers and I doubt that location matters as I'm from Europe myself.

You have to request offers.

Yes, there is 33 pages of offers and you have to apply for the offers to be able to use them.
