CPA beginner. PLEASE HELP

Hello, I am a CPA beginner.. After having finished reading some CPA courses online, I wanted to try it.. I have seen many cpa networks and I've chosen one to start with!
I chose PointClickTrack but they denied and refused my application!!
now I am confused and do not know what to do ! I think they refused me because I did not have a site !
they're asking for a site and they asked me to tell them many information about it !
now my question > is it important and necessary to have a website if you wanna start in CPA, or not ?
what should I have when signing up for another account ?

I think they just need a website to check ur legitimate. Try making a 1 page coming soon with some information and try again.

Website is not necessary all the time. Iirc OGAds can approve you if you tell them that you're promoting on Instagram and link to a page. I got approved on blogspot many times like this.
