CPA AWM for blogs?

I just recently got accepted to AWM CPA network but I only have been making money through blogs or non own domain such as blogger. I heard that using content blocker that AWM tool features on blogger will get myself banned ( i think) so the question this pose is that if I use a CPA network, do i have to buy a domain name and hosting ? This is quite a big change in my IM journey because I hardly know anything about coding so creating a website with the use of codes manually is not going to work well. Is there any alternative? What should I do?

PS: I have been earning money through PDD but since I got accepted in CPA network, I want to focus most of my earning with that network. Especially, when I get a good amount of leads daily and having the middle man deduct my earning isn't that good of an idea.

Well ZedCP, you can use altervista for free hosting, I'm actually searching for a means of pointing my URL (domain) to it. With altervista you use Wordpress themes, so you don't have to know much about coding. You can buy very cheap domain names with Godaddy, Namecheap, Namesilo just to name a few.

You should easily be able to run your content blocker after that. Hope this helps you!
