CPA Application/Phone Questions - HELP!!!

I have started my CPA adventure by filling out a few applications. I have read through all the threads but I have a few more questions. First, I have a business website, a marketing consultancy website but am doing this personally. How can I leverage my website in terms of being accepted?

I did get a phone call from one of the companies asking to see a few landing pages, which of course I don't have. How do I prevent them from asking this?

Wait... so the CPA networks actually want you to have LANDING pages?! I guess a blog with a few articles on affiliate marketing isn't enough anymore... ?
