why is it limited by ips surely they can just buy unique proxys ?

IPv4 addresses are limited and additional IPs increase cost of farm (final price for customers).
so having a unique sim ( eg multiple carriers ) and using 4 / 5 g on each phone wouldn't work ? i would think it's exactly the same as a genuine user unless they are using gps and wifi towers to id the phones locations to the same place

Their IPs will be from the same subnets. It's really risky.
can u be more specific what is the risk ? risk is always relative to how u live your life personally death is the only risk i really avoid. if u mean banned from a cpa offer or network that's no risk at all
btw personally i have no interest in the click fraud model of biz i just doubt they can totally prevent it.
