I want to be accepted in the The CPA network at Adscend media , i dont own a site What sould i do ?

If you used that grammar in your application no wonder you got denied. Just explain how your going to promote their offers in depth.

tell them that your starting to set up a site, and you will promote thier offers through search engines, also tell them that you used pay per download sites before (sharecash, fileice)
