I'm trying to advertise scholarship offers to college students on Facebook, but my CPA offers keep getting denied. I don't believe that they are violating any of FB's terms and conditions. The only thing I can think of is that they are US offers and wont load for people if they are checking the links from other countries. Would making a landing page get around this, or do you think they would check the link from the landing page to CPA offer?
