CPA ad Script?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to display my own ads (multiple ads) via a "gateway" just like any other cpa ads and can you guys share that script? It seems it is iframed or something and I really can't figure out.

I tried creating one with a postback but my sample ads(another domain) postbacks aren't picked up by the domain that handles it as an ad?
