My ad exchange/network is connected to Pubmatic and 100's of others. Hit me up if you want an invite to test it out. Pubmatic, Admeld, Rubicon Project, DoubleClick, etc are the big boys in the CPM (cost per 1000 impressions) game. It's pretty difficult to get into any of those unless you broker your way in with a respectable network or you have some serious volume of impressions per month...and I mean serious volume.
Anyway, if you want an invite PM me your email and I'll get you access to our publisher interface. Right now I'm solely brokering through Pubmatic as they pay the highest. They also use a RTB (real time bidding) platform so that the ad placed on your site is always from the highest paying advertiser possible spread over 100's of ad networks/exchanges.
