CPA Account Manager

Hi,

I'm just wondering if is there are anyone ever hire someone to run their cpa account? I mean, does this service even existed? You know like ppc, we have ppc manager etc. I have have 2 cpa account just sitting there doing nothing since I'm on other project. It would be wasted if I don't using it to the fullest.
