I don't think this is the most effective way to make good money working with an affiliate program. You've got to think creatively and look for geo-bundles. It would be great if the affiliate program could help with this. And Bona Fides is pretty good in this regard, the manager is always ready to help with whatever you need.

Yeah, it will get your ass banned, that's the only work it works. Don't fraud advertisers out of their money, just find a way to actually promote.

Yes self click works. But after you make the minimum payout the network will kick you out. So better try ethical ways .
