CPA | 200 clicks with 4 conversions?

Whattup guys,

i'm new to cpa networks, i just got accepted to one (i won't say the name for many reasons). they offer great support, and at first i had an okay convert ratio at 7/1. i'm converting at 200/4 now which seems to be really low since all the offer needs is a email to convert.
*the offer is for inside the US
*Offer converts for about $1
i don't think my campaign was bad because it says they have to submit their email and i didn't post any false information that would lead them away from submitting the email, and most importantly - it's receiving traffic.

is this normal? am i being shaved?
thoughts?

all 200 clicks... are from usa ?

Might be because they've deemed your traffic as shit.. or their just scrubbing to puff up margins.
Some days my conversion rate is 10%.. other days 2%.. same traffic.
The most likely answer for me is a mixture of scrubbing and randomness of traffic.

Check if any other networks are running your offer (google offers202) and switch the link to see if it picks it back up, scrubbing might be going on at the advertisers side so don't get your hopes up, still worth a try.
