Coworking Space / Virtual Office GMB question

Hi,

Wondering if others have tried to use a coworking space as a virtual office for their GMB office and verification before.

The one I'm considering offers a personal mailbox and everyone uses the same address for their business. It seems they would be fine with me making a fake suite number for my business, in which case the verification mail would probably end up back to me in the mailroom and I would be set.

Is there any problems I would likely run into? Would this be a red flag for G and possibly incur penalties?

Please let me know your experiences, appreciate your help.

From what I know, it is against Gs policy/tos.

However in my experience I've ranked many GMBs with this exact method encountering zero issues.

Thanks for that. You used a coworking space in particular?

Say 100 Apple St. is the coworking space as identified on maps, and other businesses put their address as 100 Apple St.

But yours is 100 Apple St. Ste 100

I'm guessing no problems to be had?

I've used fake suite numbers for verification before and works, but never for a known coworking space where it would be obvious.

I used a sneaky method the other day when I didn’t want my real address to be on the google listing so I just wrote my road name for this example let’s call it Apple Road .

Now on Apple Road there are over 100 houses . So in order to get it to my exact house there was a place to write your name .

Where it asked me to write my name I wrote :

Thirty Three (as my name)

And I received the postcard and my exact address is not listed on google maps .

If you are doing this to build a real business, where you will order things and build credit lines, MAKE SURE that when you google the address of your business, that no where does the evil words "virtual office" come up. If they do, Dun & Bradstreet will never give you a Dun's number.

Also, make sure you pay the $15 or whatever to the city for a business license. The credit companies look for it. And most are looking for 3-5 years in business and since you have been doing internet marketing for that long, you qualify on that account too.

You can't make much now flipping websites, BUT....

If you get a good domain for a BRAND &
Build the website up (especially if it has its own PLR book for a product) &
Add some affiliate accounts to it &
Add some CPA networks to it &
Qualify it for Google Adsense &
Get the social networks for it &
Have all the LOGO and corporate identity graphics from Graphic River &
Incorporate or LLC the business &
Get the Ooma Phone for a VOIP business # &
Get a bank account for it &
Get a Duns number for it &
Get 5 credit lines for it (Uline, Amazon, etc - See the list at CreditBoards)

It should be worth a few thousand.

Businesses with credit lines sell for $1000 per line PLUS everything else you add to it

I think I can get verified for "100 Apple St.", meaning the coworking space address itself. And maybe try this trick to get it to me using my name.

I'm wondering on a search of "SEO" for example my business would come up the same as if I had a unique address. Would this be true? I guess in theory maybe its not necessary to have a unique address if its not a competing business type. But then citations would get messed up.
