Couponchief Upvote and Downvote Bot

Hey guys I'm searching for someone who can create a bot for me that can continuously check if certain codes on Couponchief has dropped below a certain % success rate and up vote them until they get back above the threshold. Also to check if certain codes have risen above a certain % success rate and downvote them until they fall below that threshold. Have to be able to rotate through proxies and clear cookies for each session.
