That is sort of old deal and as far as I know those sites have had their personal punch in the face by Google.
However, you can still try and I can't say if this will fail.
So it's simple. Just use your "whatever coupon code" there is and make pages for it. It will bring traffic. You use all those links as affiliate links and you will do magic.
There is money in it but with some real hard work involved for sure.
