Couple questions about SMMA

Hello there again, thanks for the previous answers . I wanted to reach out to some smarter user with some knowledge about this

1. Do you write cold email to business owners on Saturday, Sunday? (I think that could drop open rate, response etc?)
2. Do people in States really care that I'm from Europe? That can change some peoples answer to you?
3. What do you need to do, to seem more legit to people, and they would trust you more?(I'm getting soon business email)

Btw, I offer SEO, it could be service hard to sell, but what's easy in life. Thanks for your responses, you all really help me
