Country Targeted Followers

Hi everyone.

I'm having problems finding country targeted twitter follower providers. ( french, spanish, italian, german)
Any tips or links you know of country targeted twitter follower providers? It's important that they're able to provide large numbers and the prices should be reasonable especially because I want to buy in larger quantities.

Buying followers suck...just get some proxies from that country and make your own accounts. Then follow yourself with the accounts.

I have to agree. At least with owned accounts you can program them to re-tweet and generally talk about you instead of follow you and pretend you don't exist.
