I have an iOS app (with in-app purchases) and I wish to create the Android version of it. However my country is not listed as a supported country (https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/table/3539140?rd=1). Looks like I can only publish free apps. No paid apps or In-App Billing contents. Can someone please suggest me a workaround for this (if there is any)? Will I be able to create USA account with Payoneer account?
