I have a domain of a country name (African and small population).

It's the exact country name and there are no grammatical errors.

The TLD is .tv

Do you believe it has any value to be sold? Which marketplace would you recommend to sell a domain like this?

Thanks!

usually .com would have more value then country, because more domain names would be available

The answer is YES.

Your domain is valuable when meeting some criteria, such as:
  1. Brandability or have a great name on terms of keywords
  2. Spelling. Make sure the domain is spelled correctly.
  3. Domain word length. The buyer usually will give more value for shorten word domain. The shorter a domain, the more people will pay for it.
  4. Buyer ego. When you meet this kind of buyer, don't hesitate to put the price into the high sky.
  5. and more...

golf.tv was sold fo $600,000
china.tv was sold for $100,000
