Country exclusive domains

Looking to buy an expired com.tr (Turkish domain) which was previously PR6 but I've read that you need to be a registered business with the same trademark for name in Turkey. Anyone know of any companies which don't ask for the information or if any Turkish member here wants to go 50/50 I'd be highly interested.

Try to find the domain lists at your local company and then check their PR with ScrapeBox tool. that's pretty much it.
