Country and device redirect

Hi all,

I am looking for a script or wordpress plugin to redirect traffic based on country and mobile device.
Ive searched for plugins for wordpress but didnt find any good.

I have for each country a different cpa offer, also the mobile offer is different based on country.

Hope you guys now a solution.

Use smarturl.it it's a cool tool, for example you can make 3 seperate links those links redirects to iphone, android and pc,mac/other and after that you can make a link that redirects people from US or UK and from the rest of the world to the first link, the second link and the third link.
