Countries Without the 21 day hold

Hey,

I've been researching for the past couple of months jurisdictions/ Countries that don't have 21 day Paypal hold. I intend on drop shipping across a couple of accounts from aliexpress to eBay, so cash flow is very important.

I've heard that the UAE isn't subject to the initial 21 day Paypal hold and Saudi Arabia however this isn't confirmed. I recently read about French Paypals avoiding the hold if created correctly however posts about this were during 2014 and i dont know whether this may be outdated.

I would appreciate if an expert could give me an insight on this and some solid facts as im not in the position to be wasting money through trial and error.

My recent limitation hasn't even seemed to effect my overseas account, although it effected my other us account. I wonder if it doesn't have holds?

Got nothing to do with where you are. Every account will have the 21 day hold until you get past the requirements which can be found on the eBay site.

The 21 day hold is not forever, I believe once you have 10 feedback you are ok and you get paid instantly?
