Buy keys from people for Paypal money, try to pay ~$2 per key. Buy items with the keys. The people use the keys to get cash. I don't know many specifics, look on Reddit for trade subreddits to buy stuff from and for guides. There are a thousand ways to get scammed doing this so make sure you understand the scams before proceeding.
