I couldn't sign up for a new gmail account even though I tried many times today. Anyone else having the same issue or just me?

make sure all cookies are cleared up dont know if this is causing problem but make sure

Always use the incognito / private browser mode and DISABLE flash. If it still fails you need a new IP in this case use a private proxy or vpn, that's it.
