Couldn't find valid marketplace thread ID

I'm throwing this out here in the hope that someone can nail an answer on it.

I've submitted a BST thread in the marketplace and had the thread and product reviewed and approved but when I try to pay for the thread to go live I get an en error message saying "Couldn't find valid marketplace thread ID"

The BST thread has been locked now so I can't reply to the Mod about it and I was told not to PM Mods about BST threads and questions so I'm a bit stuck now.

Has this happened to anyone else or can anyone shed any light on it?

I got a PM from the Mod saying that the BST thread had been approved and the PM had a link in it to use to make payment. When I preview the thread the title has had the word "approved" added to it.

Just a bit confused now.

I'd say it's fine to PM a mod if it's a problem with the payment link, as you're not bugging them to review anything and your thread is already approved.
The reason why the rules state that you should not contact them is in case you want to have your BST thread reviewed asap. That is a no-no.

The threads gets moved automatically from the approval section to the Marketplace after the payment has been processed. So, if you 've completed the payment successfully and it didn't move, let me know to notify the proper person to take care of it.

Thanks. It won't actually let me complete the payment. I used the link in the PM that the Mod sent me and that takes me to the payment page (with the thread id tagged to the URL in the browser bar) but when I click the 'pay' button I get taken to a page where it just says "Couldn't find valid marketplace thread ID"

2 options in this scenario:
1. Contact the mod you were dealing with directly via pm. and ask them to check it out for you.
2. contact support at blackhatworld.com and they will be able to review it for you.
