Could you personally get banned from buying Subscribers?

Just what the title says. I'm not sure if YouTube would take action against the account which is receiving the subscribers or just ban all the subscribed accounts that looked suspicious. I'm also talking about accounts that have been registered using a different e-mail and IP.

Has anyone been banned from doing so?

I'm talking like 2,000+ Subscribers within a day or so.

2000 is too much in 1 day i think, do something like 30-50 per day and maybe it's ok (it would take 20 days but there is lower chance to get caught doing that)

I put 3,000 Subs onto an account in 1 day and is all good, been on for 4-5 months.
