Hi guys,

Was just playing with Java yesterday and tried to code something related to YT.
Could you guys teste if it is retrieving accurate info?

The app is very simple ... It just get the 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 results in a table ordered by relevance or most viewed with the most relevant info about the video.

UPDATE 1 - Now the app has a social count columm. This columm shows Facebook, Tweeter and Google+ numbers.

IMPORTANT: It is a test system. You don't need to use your real niche keyword if you don't want to. You can use generic kw just to get the results.

Works fine but since when can you make websites with Java? :o
 
Guys ... it is possible to create sites with Java as its backend instead of PHP/Python.


OP works pretty good, good job. Love the design as well.
 
You can use JavaEE to make web applications. Also it has lots of frameworks that speedup development time.
Even you just see html now ... it was coded with Java :o

Steal keywords is not the goal here.

I just asked if someone could test it. You don't need to use your niche keyword for that. Use anything you want or just dont use. Simple!

In the spirit of openness and good faith I think you should then edit your thread to reflect this information that users don't have to use their actual keywords
 
Hey mod,

I'd like to have some feedback and features suggestions from the guys.
The goal is to have a nice tool and increase my knowledge as a developer.

Would be nice to keep the topic going, if not here, in other section of the forum.

As suggested by I'll edit the topic informing users that it's a "on test" system and they don't need to use their niche keywords.

My concern was in regards to using your tool to grab niches with. However, since

I'm challenging myself with this (I was about 2 years without coding) ... it has been some nice and fun couple days. Let's see how it goes, but right I'm not going to share the entire code, but can help anyone with doubts in this kind ofdevelopment.
