There's really no point in arguing about whether masks work or not. They do. Period. The virus doesn't travel in the air on it's own, hence the size of it doesn't matter. The virus travels via droplets (which are obviously much bigger than the virus on its own) and most of that gets stuck inside the mask or won't travel as far as without mask, even if it's just a surgical mask. Less virus in the air, less chance to get infected. In case of an infection, lower viral load leads to a less serious course of the illness.

What you're doing is not just irresponsible towards others, but it's also counterproductive on every level. You won't be allowed to enter places (another freedom of yours gets taken away), you'll risk a fine and/or you'll get slapped around, if you insist on your "b-but mah freedom" viewpoint.

I agree that the only way out of this is immunity.

Since I’ve already had covid, I’ve got the antibodies to deal with it, so I won’t even need the jab.

A virus mutation is still the base virus at its core, which means if you’ve caught covid once, chances are that your immune system can deal with any mutation you come into contact with.

And even if you get sick again, it’s very unlikely you’ll die.

Viruses want to spread. They only survive and spread if the host body is alive.

And since covid has spread everywhere at this point, it’s pretty clear that it’s begnin.

Because if it was killing everyone who got it, it wouldn’t even get out of china!

There is a Brazilian athlete playing with mask in the olympics game but Karens wont do it cause muh freedom/it suffocates me/it's uncomfortable etc.
Wear a facemask as a common courtesy to your fellow human beings around you in these times of brand new viral threat for the humanity you effing retardos, it does save lives even if your brain is incapable of comprehending it. 4 million men and women have died from complications related to C19 so far, you won't wear a mask in public enclosement cause you are oh so special. Go play in the traffic.

If you dont want to follow social norms and act like a dick towards people who are being affected by one in a lifetime pandemic then they have every right to be a dick towards you, and you are you complaining when people treat you like how you treat them
 
Sounds like a plan, with all the masks around we can have a porn site that won't have any porn, just people without masks or taking the masks off.
 
I actually prefer wearing a mask and wear one every day, but still there's a bunch of legitimate scientists that have questioned the efficacy of wearing them. That's not to say I think they do or don't work, just that it might not be a foregone conclusion and acting like it is seems a bit silly.

I'll probably be wearing masks far past when the overlords tell everyone they don't have to wear them anymore, but people really are showing their lack of critical thinking during covid.

It's starting to get pretty creepy seeing so many normal people on autopilot passionately defending pharma companies, government bodies and new laws that may dramatically reduce freedoms long after covid is finished up.
 
lol in finland for instance is the complete oposite. You go to a supermarket wearing mask and everyone gives you "free way" to walk wherever you want without being disturbed xdd

Lack of critical thinking? You're right here but not in the way you think you are.
The hilarious thing about antivaxers/antimaskers or whatever we chose to call people like that is that they say "they don't want to be part of an experiment" while not comprehending they are now the control group.

Everything helps. Percentage here, another there and there you have 50% less casualties. That's how it works in reality, nothing is neither 0% nor 100%, but the more efforts you put through, the more effect you got in the end.

Yeah I don't really give a shit about all that mate, just the things I said in my comment. If calling me an antivaxxer makes you feel more correct in your opinions then by all means feel free to call me that as much as you'd like.

You don't have to be an antivaxxer to think governments getting more surveillance power globally might not be a great thing for average people.. especially when a lot of it couldn't be introduced without something like a large war (a la the Patriot Act and War on Terror) or a pandemic.

You don't like people intentionally infecting people with a virus. I don't like governments fucking over normal people by bringing in sketchy new control laws while everyone is preoccupied. We can probably both agree that both things aren't good, yeah?
