Could use new sub section - Cybersecurity as an exemption to the current rule

Cybersecurity attacks are going to grow, some big some small. I’m aware of the current rule to request a new sub section but given the importance of this sector we could use a dedicated section to discuss it. Latest example is Tycoon 2FA and more like these keep popping up. Lastly this is Just a suggestion.
