So I am setting up some wordpress multisite's and every time I want the same pages, post, sidebars and so on set up. . . but so far I have installed 4 plugins and all of them wont do it.

So if you can help, that would be great!

More or less, I want to make a new site and have it set up and running with all of the basics I have done on other sites.

Or if what you mean is that you want to create many sites using the same structure across the network, then I don't know.
What I found that worked better for me a while ago, was to make a site and then just back it up and install it on as many new sites as I needed.

I did active the plugins for network use and am able to use them on the other sites, one of them was (duplicator).

just looking for one that will work on multisite. . . if there is one, I hope to have a ton of sites over time and all of them will be starting from the same settings that take about 90 mins to run over. . I would hate to have to do that 4 to 5 times a day.

You will have a hard time finding a cloner for a multi-site.

I used backupbuddy and it takes at the most 15 minutes to backup and restore a site on another domain.
