"It's SEO.." what does that mean? Does your 2K go to an SEO provider who will guarantee your page ranks, or are you spending specifically on AdWords or some other advertising vehicle?

Would be impossible to calculate without knowing how much the product costs, or estimated searches a month for the product/keyword.
The only real way to find out, is to try it. Myself, I'd be damned worried that I'm paying someone $2 k, and they're just using BH methods that will eventually get you shitcanned from ANY page on Google.
