  • Top US/UK news sites — DA85+.
  • Major authority sites in our niche (Health, Tech, Education, SEO, Finance, Sports, Cryptocurrencies, and many more).
  • No community, free-to-post or user-generated content sites.
I did this before and got some NY times 301s, so Im curious if this kind of stuff really works if the 301 is relevant to our on page seo

So you have more insight than any of us. Check your tests and see.

Generally redirects work quite well. Tumblr added redirects as well and it seems to be still working just fine.

What I meant was that I did this a few days back and saw that it had great 301s and then just got a few more 301s that were awesome. So it has ben just a few days. Takes a while for results I would think??

Exactly what I am apologizing for, I forgot to mention when I did it haha! Oopps! and I did not mean that sarcastically about it takes a few days, I am asking lol. Results take weeks, months?
