Could this domain rank easy?

seems promising, and the strategy you recommended is a good way to proceed,

how many organic keywords are there ?

DA and DR doesn't matter on SEO in 2024. Also it's seems that only 14 Reffering domain I mean unique backlinks is not to so far. You need to work hard after getting this domai. Will suggest you to do a better plan with fresh domain is the best way.

Interesting journey .. any update .. this is download site ( apps-software-movie .. )?

If you see that OP has been online on BHW but doesn't reply in their journey thread, that's a signal that the journey failed. It's always like that. People don't want to admit they failed.

Sad but true.

So basically, this website has been gone for a long time.

Had some health problems and forgot to pay the webhost. But the website is still generating traffic even if was off for a month.

Everything is still fine so far! Haven't posted anything new since my last post in this thread.

Using a domain with a spammy history, like the one you've purchased, could pose risks due to potential penalties from its past activities. While it has a decent Domain Rating (DR), using 301 redirects on all 404 URLs isn't recommended unless you thoroughly vet each link for quality. It's crucial to clean up the backlink profile, possibly using Google’s Disavow Tool, and implement best SEO practices. The success and speed of ranking will depend more on how well you rehabilitate the domain's reputation and optimize new content rather than just its existing metrics.

Google just said that using and old domain for spammy purpose will get deranked very fast. In the first place this was a site from a web developer, then was a spammy chinese website. The success of this site stays in the fact that it's a completly different niche and all 404 redirect to home page. Also short (max 100 words) but high quality articles. So, the facts that this domain had a high DR just helped me avoid the sandbox, nothing at all.

I think main problem is KD. If your KD is good you can easily rank your website.

Given the domain's high DR but low UR and its spammy history, ranking quickly might be tricky. Start by cleaning up the backlink profile using tools like Ahrefs or Google Search Console to disavow any bad links. Redirecting 404 URLs can help if the redirects lead to relevant content. Focus on creating top-notch content to attract organic backlinks and boost the site's authority.

The data also suggests that it might have been part of a Private Blog Network (PBN) and potentially used for spam in the past.

I've said that it has been used for spamming. But as soon as you completly change the niche and do not use the articles or structure the website had in the past, there is no reason for google to index your pages. Basically, for $1, i've managed to get out of google sandbox and index my articles. I go for the 'user intent' type of keywords, and, as seen, they generate pretty much traffic.

Not a bad domain, but it depends more on the keyword than the domain itself

It could really work for you, but nothing is written for Google, the best thing you can do is try and tell us your experience

You know mate hardwork is the key of success. You fail you will learn or you will success.

That's last 28 days stats. Since today, I started automating the posting process. Everything is fine, I will have to wait about 2 weeks to see results come. I'll keep you updated. In the meantime, I am looking for advertisements (smart links and banner ads) since Adsterra CPM is very low, and do not show ads to all the people. If you have any ideas about where can I get an ad post there. Cheers
