Could this be done with netspend?

Hey,

I'm sure most of you've already heard of Netspend.com, it's a website that allows you to get a prepaid Visa debt card. But you must be a citizen of the United States.

I'm from Canada and I fucking hate my bank plan which is supposed to be the best one for me, still I hate it.

- 15 Transactions per month..(fuck that I need to do stuff online too?!)
- Minimum of $1500 in my account.... <- Now that's just gay & it's not even my money I got my parents to lend me that
- 5 ATM checkouts or $1.50 for each extra

& Every few days they call me and tell me that they don't think this plan "fits" my current status... in other words they want me to upgrade.

So is it possible for me to get someone in the U.S. to get a Visa Debt Card to their address in whichever state.... then ship it to Canada.

Would it work in Canada? & Would it be in my name because they require you to enter SSN # I think/////

I'm looking out for something like that too, I need to transfer $45 from my paypal funds into a US bank cos it got limited and withdrawing to a bank is the only way out. Please drop me a PM would be really appreciated

you can use a mail forwarding service to send the card from us to canada.From what I hear paypal wont let you withdraw money to netspend.I tested today a us paypal ,added a us bank account and in a few days i will try to withdraw to see myself if it's working.
