Could this be a shadowban. How can I check ?

All my other videos perform really well in the first hour - 5 hours.

These last 2. Haven’t even got their initial push.


Anyone know what’s going on ?

is this a fresh/new account how many videos have you posted before?
 
more likely those videos just didn't pass the initial test, low CTR or retention can stop the first push completely
 
I’ve seen this happen a few times, usually it’s not the video itself, but how YouTube classifies it early on. Sometimes the system just delays testing, especially if the topic, title, or audience signal is slightly different from your usual uploads
 
It sounds like your last two videos might be facing an initial algorithm delay or low early engagement, which can affect the first-hour boost.
 
Don't bother about video to video reach as the algorithm may treat each video differently. If you want to check, then manually search for the video using title or keywords with a different IP and check if it shows up. If the video appears in search results, then it's not a shadow ban. You should publish 5-6 videos and see if your reach decreased. There are other factors like publish time that effect the reach. So, you can't blame algorithm for everything.
