I am building more websites to my collection, I have ultimate Niche finder as well as market samuri. UNF says this keyword is very easy...but at the looks of market samuri it might be hard? The only think I am concerned with is the domain age. They are all old? Does this mean it will be hard to rank in?

18.1k monthly searches
4.61 CPC
.93 OCI

I don't even consider looking at the domain age if the majority of top 10 rankings aren't main domains

Domain Age doesn't play a huge part in the competitiveness of ranking a keyword. I would pay more attention to BLP, any EMD on 1st page and OnPage SEO.

IMO I would consider this a medium difficulty keyword. But thats just me.
