I've heard different things about whether or not these dynamic page/server-based redirects could become indexed and actually count as legitimate backlinks.
Though I've had great success getting any kind of link indexed in 2013 (by blasting them with bookmarks), this seems almost too good to be true. Curious to hear more opinions.
