Hi, I'm relatively new to IM. It would be awesome if someone could look at my site and help me to improve it. Here:

I'll add a custom logo and a opt-in form later. Is there anything you would improve? How do you like the design? Is my on page SEO good?

Can you put some related strategies & videos on the pages? Create more interest by putting images, videos, strategies, etc. Youtube videos can get you fast & top SE rankings + targeted traffic for your best keywords. How are your social networking strategies working? Anything on FB?

I like it, it looks a bit boring for now. but if you give it a custom logo and a cool background this can turn out great!
 
I like it, maybe the occasional video of strats but yeah I'd just start promoting now :).

I also like it. You could even go a step further and build a "protoss" community around this site. Add a forum for strategy discussions or w/e, and give people the ability to add builds to the site / add their own videos from you tube etc. Then you get people come back day after day. Then add adverts or something to the forum :)
 
there is no message, no call to action... It's horrible... But all is not lost... Create a compelling reason to take action (monetize something) and you'll be OK because from a design perspective it is clean and workable.
 
My plan for monetizing first of all to promote the guide, then building a e-mail list and do some kind of Strategy guide review with amazon affiliate links. I also use twitter for generating targeted traffic, but I'm just playing with it right now.
Do you mean I should embed youtube videos? Or create some on my own promoting my website? What can I do to make the site more interesting?

Is it that bad? I thought people come by to get some strategies and then they'll click on the guide and maybe buy it^^

The actual content of the site is pretty bad, in terms of the strategies etc, heh. But that's not what the site is about now, is it!

I'd like to see you prove me wrong, but the fact of the matter is, the guide you're promoting is pretty bad and anyone, even Bronze ranks, know not to buy it. I mean, there are posts all over the official SC2 forums saying STAY AWAY, same on Team Liquid.

Just my 2c.
 
I guess there's really no need for getting a logo and the background is not too really suitable for a site that is related with gaming, but don't make it too fancy. Also i don't really think affiliate program will work with your site, since most gamers are teens and they won't spend much money online. You can go for CPA Content locker, offer them valuable tips, or find cpa that is related to your game..

This is my opinion and i am a noob correct me if i'm wrong

Of course if you are Master and above you wont profit from this.
But most of the people I want to attract are like bronze+ who need build orders for their race.

That's just the default logo^^ As I said I haven't found a guy who want to make me a custom logo.
 
the 'facts' in the footer need work. its a great idea to include this but you need bigger text, punchier copy and include your call to action here too...

you have the basics of a good site however.

Definitely not a memorable domain name so crank up the seo.
 
I do custom logos (not selling anything mods) but if you wanted something that pops and stands out on your site I have the software and could do 5-10 logos for you to choose from...Let me know...
 
As for the call to action something along the lines, "Want to be a better gamer fast?"
