Could Someone Help Me Optimize My MySQLs

i only have a shared plan, my hosting got disabled and all theyll tell me is i have to optimize my tables, or some of them. theyre i think mostly just wordpresses. i cant get a VPS in fact my dad pays for the hosting, my internet, and hes bought me 4 computers in the last 5 years

i could offer you links on my sites, i have 6 of them, id give you them for years i do get traffic i do a ton of social media almost everyday, more than most everyone im online all day and just keep posting

they gave me links on how to optimize them and i dont understand them, i cant get back online until i get that done myself. i cant change hosts my dad is the biggest prick in the world and ive already changed 3 hosting plans

i live off of social security, i cant do anything until i start making money online, i havent worked in almost 20 years and theres no way anyone would hire me and it would be worthless to work at some job because im still in a better position, i wouldnt be making money for my future anyway

if anyone wants to help please PM me. everything that ive worked for online is gone i dont have backups, bluehost just restores it for you. i cant even call them i dont have a phone and i just got a hewlett packard last week and it doesnt come with a mic so i cant use gmails phone. mac came with one

If your hosting got disabled, then how can you log into your sites? In place of the word "hosting", did you actually wanted to say "your websites got disabled"? But how could all (6) of them get disabled at the same time if that's what you wanted to say?

Do you have backups of the sites and databases?
