Could SEO Powersuite kill SEO businesses?

I've just come across the BHW advert banner for SEO powersuite and it looks good. One thing I have noticed is that it hasn't got a monthly payment system in place and it helps improve rankings.

What if brick and mortar businesses use this instead of paying monthly for SEO services. I really want to start an SEO business but am put off from all the competition and new products like this that could potentially kill SEO businesses.

What's your say?

Unless they provide unlimited update in time, the one time payment fee will not last.

SEO is a business that constantly evolves, and with big G changing its algorythm every 4 months or so, the expertize and updates of professional and not only software is always needed.

EDIT: just checked the sofware (sorry i was not aware of it). it seems like it's only analysis and not providing any actions. Thee is still work to do;

It would just make it harder for each site to rank so there would have to still be seo businesses providing services.
 
I remember that software was bad bro.

Nothing is going nowhere bro.
 
As a power user of SEO Powersuite, I can say with confidence that some random Joe will never be able to run the apps properly. Add all the changes in the industry, and even if someone tries to run this suite with no experience, and a lot of time to learn, and there's no chance we're going anywhere soon. ;)
 
I was using SEO Powersuite 5 years ago. It was no big deal back then, nor will it ever be.

Is it worth getting for a warez or porn site? I need to do seo for one of my sites, but the kind of site I have I'm not able to order any of the services on BHW.

SEO Power Suite is an analisys suite of software. It tracks ranks, inbound links, onpage setup, etc.

It's actually very very good at what it does and is a staple of many SEO firms.

The OP was just mistaken about what this software is and how it was advertised.

For ranking warez and porn, SAPE and GSA are going to be your methodologies of choice. Many providers prefer not to run their services for those types of sites simply because those keywords will often get flagged and lead to account bans, page deletions, etc. much more so than other niches, and for private blog networks, running those types of posts will compromise all the others. So it's not really worth it for them to pursue.

You'll be better off investing in learning how to buy on SAPE and running your own GSA campaigns if you want to use SEO for traffic for those sites.

I thought those were more for burn n churn type of websites.
 
SEO Powersuite is a combination of tools for SEO Agencies, not offline business people. Once you start talking
to some business people you will see the steep learning curve and a lack of time to even know what the buttons do! :)

You can have stable rankings for months and years if you set your campaigns up right and not get over aggresive and over reaching; but in the adult + warez game, most marketers are doing aggresive shit.

You were asking about software link solutions; and any software link building is going to carry the exact same associated risks, and so will SAPE.

I'm not personally in those niches, so if you want to see what others are doing to get their rankings, you can use aHrefs or SEO Spyglass (that's the link checker from SEO Power Suite btw) to take a look at the links coming in to some top ranking sites. Then you'll know exactly (well close enough) the things that are working for them.

I'm pretty sure you'll see a ton of 301's, Tiered GSA blasts, SAPE, and PBN's all driving rankings for the heavy hitters in that field.
