Could my sites be flipped?

I have these 2 sites that I think could do well with the right person marketing them, but I am not sure if anyone would be interested, before I try to sell these on flippa tell me if it is worth my time check them out and tell me if there is a market for them.

What are the price you expecting for it? Some sort of figures in your mind you decided for?
Be sure to be honest, as there are a lot of cupcake sellers in flippa , who sell cupcakes in names of BIG pastry :P
 
I do have a price in my head for them, do you think they could be valuable?

Depends upon the pricing , you need to work on seo get some traffic then it would get you some good money else you'll get very few for this :(
 
If it has good traffic or income ,then surely it would get sold.Buyers look for domain age,its traffic ,pr ,revenue etc.Take advice from people who already
sold there.
 
Sites sell primarily on the basis of monthly revenue they generate. What is your average monthly revenue for both?
 
Thanks for the responses, honestly neither site generates any monthly revenue. total revenue is just 4$ through the amazon affiliate program. I think the sites have alot of potential I just don't know how to promote them right I was thinking maybe I could sell them to someone who has alot of internet marketing experience that could then make them take off. what do you think? or maybe I can find someone to invest? any ideas?
 
If your sites have a good amount of revenue generated monthly, the possibility is high the sites will be sold. Your claims need to be backed up with proof of revenue generated. But if the sites have neither traffic nor revenue to show up, don't expect much about the sites, even your listing price can be a waste.
 
You'd be lucky to get $9 for each domain, unless they are making some revenue.
 
The first one is not worth anything unless you have a good idea how to cash it.
The second could have some potential however there are thousands sites like this. Do you have traffic? Do you rank for some keywords?

from my experience those domains are not worth anything. unless they have revenue. selling just the domain is very difficult to find a buyer.
 
I suggest you keep them and work more on them , the 2nd one has potential with the right marketing tactics and SEO work done...
 
Second has the potential.

The first one can only work if it had a decent list, only 54 twitter followers? Won't sell as is.
 
The second one caught my eye as I'm from Notts......

You need to learn how to make sites profitable before you start the flipping game, otherwise you'll be getting a negative ROI when factoring the time you may have spent on them.

I'm still learning myself by the way.
 
I would avoid Flippa. I've had some pretty bad exp with them as they only promote certain vendors.
