Could it be that I have found a good keyword?

I've been doing some keyword research for a certain CPA offer and found some keyword that may have potential. Look at the middle one:

The tool I used was Traffic Travis. I checked the results in google, and the first page really isn't that impressive, basically no authority sites there, except:
- First result is wikihow
- Second is some site I have never heard about and I think its bounce rate must be really high, it has some magazine style layout with really bad placing / font sizes / relevancy....
- 3-4-5. places are videos from YT and Dailymotion. The first one is very old, like 8 years old and has some decent views (~200k). The second one is barely a month old and only has ~10 views. The third, dailymotion one is 2 years old and has like 160 views...
- Apart from these there are mostly niche related but unknown sites on the first page.

So the keyword really looks nice but my problem is this: If it really has this amount of searches on a monthly basis, shouldn't the other two videos have some decent view count by now?
Edit: just checked it through a US proxy, the results are different:
- First is still wikihow
- Second is some random site with a shitty article lol
- Third is the other site with the shitty archive style / shitty layout
- Fourth place is the video with 10 views...

I don't understand where are all those searches going lol. Could it be that wikihow takes all of them? Should I give this keyword a try?

I would give it a try for sure. Looks like you could rank for it, Even if the search volume was slightly inaccurate you could still make a little cash from it.
