I have a Chinese supplier who could hook me up cheaply with these stuff, I dunno much about its quality, but I wonder if I could ran into any problems. I think I should not mention the brand name printed on them or something like that and I should be fine? But would I be allowed to advertise it on ebay using the brand name? (here's another pic, but this is too complicated). Any thoughts?

Bottom line is if it's fake then you are setting yourself up for a ban.

What if I'll sell them from my site and advertise it by numerous ways~? As long as I put a note that the products are not the official products of those companies and that they don't contain any brand name on them, but only the design and maybe their logo or an altered logo~, would that still be legit? If you get a look at the main pic, I could not even use any logo or text, the design colors makes the job done :/ I would just post the name product on the site such as YT Shoes, Wiki Shoe... something like that

Considering that you are already the first subscribed customer, you'll get yours for free ;]

It is weird how those nike air force's work so well with the google colours..

I reckon you could get better traffic through social media.. the people who actually use the products. Might go down allright on reddit..

I reckon make a really nice web 2.0 looking estore and sell from there. more work though

ShoeBook, Shitter, Shoogle, Shickr, WikiShoe, YouShoe.

I think I shouldn't have any problems using these names

I have this one my mind already :) Also need to find some great estore designer, make it fancy, glossy, stylish.. it would be like selling icecream to a thirsty kid during summer. (Hope so)

Ah, thanks a lot, I forgot about that guy. I might have to call him and have a chat :) Thanks!

Good find. Do it if they are good quality or pay a little more for better quality. Don't listen to that guy with the negative attitude.

Haha they're awesome shoes :) I think you should list them on ebay, but promote them on social networks, get female ones and put them on pinterest! pin them over and over :p

    Yeah, I agree completely.
Advertising them in social Networks would be the best Idea.
For example the Buy/sell Groups in Facebook.

In eBay you would just be asking for a ban.

Thanks all for the support. I already got in touch with an attorney who is familiarized more or less with these things and internet stuff to help me out with some gaps I'm missing from the puzzle. Still in talks and negotiations with my supplier, and also in talks wiht another one; will be waiting for some samples soon and check it out. Also, I will have too look after some nice e-shop web designer for some custom work, but that would done at the right time. My biggest concern is about the taxes I would have to pay for them to enter into my country. That I should fix it with the attorney on our first meeting. And if/when things will start to run smooth, I'm thinking to pop up an exclusive product :) BHW Shoes, limited edition heh ( but that's just some far idea, that should be the least to think of at this time)

Yeah I know, Social Networks would be the best to be sold on. Thanks for the support :)

I know, I was going to say Shotter, but I was just joking with Shitter =)

Eventually you're going to run into trouble with the various companies themselves (Facebook etc) if you have their logo on them.

For that reason don't go nuts and invest your lifesavings into importing thousands.

It's a tricky situation for you, as their USP is that logo, however you could get away with making them not connected to the brand. i.e Don't have "Facebook" on the shoe but they might become less appealing.

Regardless, I think you'll do well selling them. There are plenty of avenues to sell them other than eBay, which has been mentioned. Good luck anyway man.

Sell them and ship them from the country of origin, which is china.
The trademark laws are very scare over there so no chance of being sued.
and I believe that the chinese shipping is a lot better nowadays.
maybe even just act as a dropshipper but taking 90% commision lol

    just a thought

There's many ways to skin this cat - but the first one would be to dropship them .. however I don't see any problems, people write books about these companies and stuff all the time and profit from them - its not like you are infringing their shoe making operations. Just go for it, worst you can get is a warning from ebay which I had when trying to sell a dodgy handbag once haha!
