Could I been banned again?

I have a website with 60k unique visits/day, and I want to know if I put a 1px x 1px iframe with a new blogger blogspot blog could increase positions in the organic search, because in the statics in blogger shows high numbers but don't know if google considers it..

Fedealmendra,

If you have 60K unique visits per day, why would you need to do anything to the site to help it? The iframe will do nothing for you. Search engines understand that the content displayed in the iframe has nothing to do with the domain its embedded on.
