Could FAKE likes increase my reach?

Hi, I have a personal account with 4k followers that averages around 150 likes/post.

My question is: If i put, let's say, 200 fake likes on my posts, this will increase my engagement rate and will give Insta a reason for my future posts to reach more of MY followers?

If anyone knows I will be grateful.

I can't tell you about future posts (likely not since every post counts on its own) but I managed several times to get my pictures to the Explore page with many fake likes.
In my case the photos had 1000+ fake likes.
 
100% yes.

Many of my new accounts are being fed likes and these accounts grow 2-3 times faster than my others. The likes will help get you exposure on the explore page and can lead to your posts getting thousands of likes. Although I should say this only applies to the pictures with the fake likes on them, not sure if other pictures then do better due to engagement. Once my pictures pass a threshhold amount they are on the explore page and can rocket up from there.

I personally wouldnt pay for it right now, but in the future I may.

Understood, but you don't get to explorer page with 1,000 likes, fake or not. They may get you to the top of certain low number hashtags.

How many likes did you have in total to hit Explore page?

Same question as above. How many total likes, fake + organic, did you have to hit the explore page? And in what amount of time? Did you also stay on Explore page for a few hours, all day, or a few minutes?
 
For accounts under 1000 followers I noticed that around 100 likes the picture would hit the explore page. Had an account on its third day of being active and less than 200 followers get 800+ likes on one picture.

Many of my accounts are just being spoon fed likes, around 50-70 a post. Which I'm not doing, so it was a nice surprise when it started happening.

You will need quality posts for it to actually help and gain you followers.
 
No, it won't increase reach of your real followers. One factor is that the algo is based on past interactions of your followers. Your fakes won't change a thing.

And prepare on a dead/inactive account soon. Never use fakes, unless its a churn and burn account.
 
Fake likes work only if you want your posts to reach the explore page. Worked for me several times, but you need to have a reliable source to send you the likes instantly after you've uploaded the photo cuz the chance is better to hit the explore page.
