I've never really looked into Epass, have heard lots about it though and think I looked up a bit about it where you can apply for a credit card under a different name that you can use in ATMs all over the world.
So in theory, with my income coming from the US to my country, the money can be sent to Epass (based in a country with good tax laws?) and then withdrawn in cash from the ATMs thus never touching any banks based in my country and straight into cash in my hands which would make tracing for tax purposes quite hard?
Sorry if I haven't explained myself well, English is not my first language but I hope it makes sense.

You have to confirm your account with scans of your CC, DL and a utility bill..

Okay, but if Epass hold these, they don't have to declare these documents to people do they?

Even though ePass is "technically" a foreign company, the primaries are US citizens. Therefore, if there were ever any legal issues it would be in their best interest to comply otherwise risk their own legal problems.

There are NO no risk ways to hide your money. If you're serious about it and have the money, then probably the best solution is forming one of those offshore dummy corporations. Don't remember the entire scheme but there's websites out there with the info and that will set it all up for you for a couple k.
