I think no one would spend free time helping someone for free... Take a programming book, read it until you know each single character, and if you have any doubt ask specific questions around (here or in one of the thousands forum on the web)...

programming is not something that easy to learn in several hours via skype.

Yes I know but its only for school project

Then you could post a specific questions here and others will try to hep you. Remember no one will do a free project for you!

Either post specific questions here or on stackexchange. But you won't have luck on S.E. if you mention it's homework. They don't help with homework.
